Why cant i download skullgirls mobile app

I've got a support ticket on Steam trying to find out how to fix this issue. I did the same thing too. I tried uninstalling the game, then reinstalling it, but it wouldn't work.

This is the second game I've seen where this has been an issue. But you guys might want to check and make sure that it is disabled, because mine was disabled until the last Steam Update.

Just go to Steam Settings and change Beta participation to Opt out. Hopefully this helps. I got mine to start downloading by disabling all my DLC characters and color bundle. Will re-check their check-boxes after the game downloads. Okay the game is all installed now, however after re-checking the DLC boxes I don't have access to my DLC and Skullgirls wants to update but is in a constant queue loop. More then likely this is also where the first "encrypted content error" came from since I had the DLC check boxes checked, but Steam didn't think I owned them and was basically doing a DRM thing not allowing me to download the game.
