Why cant i download tv app on iphone?

It keeps saying unable to play video or even download unsuccessful all the time. Doesnt help on firestick. Nothing plays. I have got the same problem but I thought I installed in wrong so I uninstalled it and a friend of mine is going to install it for me but I would be grateful for the answerf. Yes, we can install Onebox hd on PC and Laptop. We updated the guide. All i get is noise like background and u cant hear the movie.

You have to use the mouse on the firestick to get rid of the old verson when u open it up or go to settings,apps,manage apps and check and see the version of the app and delete the old one. I have installed this app on my android box but I have no search option and no way to change the genre. As of onebox hd is not playing any movies, when will this be fixed?
